the location is superb! it's near the train station and so many restaurants. the hosts were really nice. they allowed us to check in early. they also kept our luggage after we checked out!

The hotel is close to the train station. It was a short walk. The staff helped us with our luggage. The room size was decent, and it was comfortable.
There were no toiletries in the room. There were also no cups or water. The bathroom only had a used bottle of shower soap without a top.

The staff was friendly enough. They took us to our room and kept our bags after checkout, kind.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I opened the windows to air it out. the bathroom wasn't very clean. I found a plastic bottle with a cigarette butt in the room. a bag of dirty towels was left in the room!

the location was great. we got the very top floor room. the room was very clean. plenty of facilities were available.
i arrived. i had to check in with the coffee shop adjacent. i was then given an electronic key. i had to climb up 4 sets of tall, thin, spiralling stairs up to our hotel room.
